2018 Community Christmas Dinner

December 12, 2018 – Annual Community Christmas Dinner

The Manchester Masonic Lodge hosted its annual Community Christmas Dinner on Wednesday, December 12th. With over 60 guests attending, the evening was a huge success. Once again, the kitchen crew served a delicious meal including roast beef, roast turkey and all the fixings. Attendees enjoyed live Christmas music as well as the opportunity to catch up with friends and family. We would like to thank those of you that attended and we wish you a healthy and happy new year!

November 2018 Meeting at Grand Lodge

Manchester Lodge is very grateful to Mount Tabor Lodge for the invitation to join them at their annual meeting at Grand Lodge in Boston on November 28th. This special meeting was held in the Ionic Hall on the 5th floor of this historic building. Significant highlights of the evening included RW. Bergengren presiding over the Manchester Lodge officer installation ceremony and a tremendous group dinner held at Tony C’s Sports Bar & Grill after the meeting.

Music in the Park with “East Coast Soul”

Manchester and Mount Tabor Masonic Lodges were very happy to support Wednesday’s Music in the Park event featuring East Coast Soul. This was the last show of the season and it turned out to be a wonderful night. The Manchester Masons provided FREE Hot Dogs, chips and drinks to everyone in attendance. Special thanks goes out to Scott Van Dyke of Mount Tabor Lodge for manning the grill all evening. Once the count was in we found that he had achieved a hot dog cooking ratio of 10:3 over Manchester’s Master Mason Todd Crane, and performed the work of 4 Mount Tabor Masons single-handedly.

Manchester Mason’s 2nd Annual Lobster-Fest

Many thanks to all of you that supported the Manchester Essex Robotics Team this year by attending the 2nd Annual Lobster-Fest hosted by the Manchester Masons. As expected, the turnout was great and the food and music spectacular. This year, we started the dinner off with a special treat of large plates of steamed mussels before rolling into the usual menu of steamed clams and an entree-of-choice (lobster, steak or chicken).
